About Short Refi Services

Short Refi Services was formed by a group of mortgage professionals with over 100 years of combined experience. The individuals who started Short Refi Services have been in the mortgage business for so long, because we believe in clients first. Many of the principals of Short Refi Services have never done negatively amortizing loans, or adjustable rate mortgages because they are not consumer friendly.

The mission of Short Refi Services is simple. Our mission is to provide assistance to homeowners who are looking to continue living in their homes, but are having financial difficulties as a result of many different circumstances. Our goal is to provide you assistance, so that you can preserve your home: with or without using our paid services.

We offer services that will assist homeowners in getting a loan modified, a short refinance, credit repair assistance, debt consolidation, and property re-assessments. We also want to help those homeowners who may be struggling with budgeting and managing their finances. In some instances we will have clients pay for our services, but in other cases the homeowners can use us a resource to solve their situation without our help.
